Sure Product Consulting was founded and is led by Sue Raisty-Egami.

With over 15 years of experience bringing high tech products from inception to market, Sue has worked at technology companies ranging from pre-investment startups to international giants.

Sue is a functional specialist in the product marketing and product management of software products and online services.

She served as Director of Product Management at Actuate Corporation and held senior product marketing and product manager positions at Motorola, Covigo, and ZSP Corporation. Over her career, she has directly managed and launched 8 different software products, and put out 9 major product releases and 25+ minor and service pack releases.

Her 5 years as a highly productive software engineer and architect give her the technical depth to keep product development efforts on track.

Buyer-side experience gives Sue additional insight into the needs of purchasers of enterprise software. As an Arthur D. Little management consultant, Sue ran selection processes for Fortune 1000 firms purchasing enterprise software. She also developed a specialty in evaluating and turning around troubled software development projects.

Sue holds a BS in computer science and engineering from MIT and an MBA in marketing and strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.  She is also a “Pragmatic Marketing Certified” product manager.

She is a member of the following professional organizations:

• Silicon Valley Product Management Association (SVPMA)
• Women in Consulting (WIC).
